Pleasant Stay with a Fantastic Location

We came to the hotel hoping for an early check-in, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. However, after the regular check-in time, the process was smooth. We opted for a family room with two double beds, and we were pleased with the spaciousness. The room even had a balcony with a sea view. The bathroom was large and had a good shower, which we really enjoyed. The amenities provided were decent, and although the breakfast spread wasn't very extensive, it was filling and good. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the beach on Pattaya Beach Road. The staff members were pleasant, and overall, we had a positive experience. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, this hotel is a good choice.

For 1200 baht a night you get a large room with a balcony and view . Large spacious bathroom and powerful waterfall shower. Staff are pleasant and the location is fantastic. I've stayed at many hotels in Pattaya and jomtiem, and although most hotels are vfm this is my favourite.

Chanced upon this gem of a restaurant/ hotel on soi2 pattya- a must visit for the food - old bunglow ambience - very cordial staff & service- excellent food - really reasonable- couldn’t check out the rooms though!! But a really nice place off the main beach rd

We (5) stayed one night at Baan Khun Nine. The hotel is average. I got a free upgrade to the room on the eighth floor. The doors at the first room on the second floor was open before I got in. I asked for another room because the flies may be in the room. The rooms on the second and third floors are old. The rooms on the higher floors are good. There are pools near the hotels. The price was low.

delicious , good to use the discount In Eatigo, 50 percent off, value for money , We go there twice in my trip, I loved the soup and the garlic bread . Close to Marina Center and Beach Road . 3 to 4 minutes from there
